New Delivery Choices are on the way!

From 1 November 2020, you can expect to get more of what you want.

We know that not all people and businesses have the same needs when it comes to sending and receiving freight. So we’re delighted to now be able to offer our customers plenty of choices and a variety of services to suit their requirements.

Our new range of Delivery Choices includes our no-frills Authority to Leave delivery service, and our value-added Standard delivery and Signature delivery services. Together with our collections, return and international delivery services, these Delivery Choices give you the freedom to send and receive the way it best suits you.

Non-Signature Service
Authority to leave delivery service

Available from 1 November 2020.

The Authority to Leave delivery is our basic, no-frills service. As part of this service, the courier will leave the parcel in a safe place at the delivery address if available. If unable to leave in a safe place, the parcel will be directed to the nearest Parcel Connect agent. The customer will be notified where to collect their item from by SMS or email.

Value added service
Signature on Delivery (Residential Address)
Standard delivery service

Available from 1 November 2020.

For Standard deliveries, couriers will obtain a signature from the receiver when possible. If the receiver is unavailable they will leave the parcel in a safe place at the delivery address if available. If there is no safe place, the parcel will be redirected to the nearest Parcel Connect agent. The customer will be notified where to collect their item from by SMS or email.

Signature on Delivery (Business Address)
Signature delivery service

Available from 1 February 2021.

Our Signature delivery service requires our couriers to obtain a signature from the receiver. If that’s not possible, the parcel will be redirected to the nearest Parcel Connect agent. The customer will be notified where to collect their item from by SMS or email.

(Please note, we have a contact-free delivery protocol in place for all Signature service deliveries during COVID-19)

Secure Pin Service
Collections

Now available

With this service, our couriers will pick up your parcel from a supplier or vendor, and deliver it to you. From 1 November 2020, when booking this service, you can select from our Authority to Leave, Standard delivery or Signature delivery services.

Our Returns service allows your customers to easily return items to you. When booking this service from 1 November, you can select our Authority to Leave, Standard delivery or Signature delivery service.
